I am available to provide private Lamaze prenatal classes at your convenience. Private classes in your home or mine usually run for approximately 10 hours and can be broken up over a certain number of days, or can be done in one day.

These private classes include me prividing information, doing activities, that will prepare you for labour, watching educational videos (about pregnancy labor and delivery, and baby care ), and working through your birth plan
